Our mission
Most workforce management maths sits locked inside expensive platforms or fragile spreadsheets passed between analysts. WFM Helper exists to put the everyday calculations, staffing, shrinkage, capacity, occupancy, attrition and service level, in front of anyone who needs them, for free, with no signup and no data leaving the browser. Each tool is designed to answer one planning question quickly and explain the logic behind the answer, so planners, team leaders and operations managers can trust and defend the number they take into a review.
Who builds it
WFM Helper is built by a workforce management professional with over a decade of contact centre operations experience. The calculators here are cleaned-up versions of tools used day to day to plan, schedule and steer real operations across sites, channels and lines of business, the same logic applied in forecasting reviews, capacity plans and intraday decisions, rebuilt as simple web tools.
