Our mission
Most workforce management maths sits locked inside expensive platforms or fragile spreadsheets passed between analysts. WFM Helper exists to put the everyday calculations, staffing, shrinkage, capacity, occupancy, attrition and service level, in front of anyone who needs them, for free, with no signup and no data leaving the browser. Each tool is designed to answer one planning question quickly and explain the logic behind the answer, so planners, team leaders and operations managers can trust and defend the number they take into a review.
Who builds it
WFM Helper is built by a workforce management professional with over a decade of contact centre operations experience. The calculators here are cleaned-up versions of tools used day to day to plan, schedule and steer real operations across sites, channels and lines of business, the same logic applied in forecasting reviews, capacity plans and intraday decisions, rebuilt as simple web tools.
Meet the person behind WFM Helper
Hi, I'm Abdul Kadir. I've spent close to 19 years in contact centre operations, the last 16 of them focused entirely on Workforce Management. Today I lead WFM for a large multi-client operation spanning 20+ clients and 200+ agents across healthcare, insurance, and travel, managing a team of Workforce Operations Managers along the way.
Over the years, I built an entire in-house WFM planning suite from scratch, Erlang C engines, capacity planners, scheduling tools, the works, because the market never had exactly what a real WFM floor needed. WFM Helper grew out of that same instinct: take the tools that actually work on a real operation, and make them free for anyone in this field to use.
If it lives on this site, it's been tested against real staffing problems first, not built as a demo.
