wfmhelper.com is owned and operated by Readvela digital publishers, trading as WFM Helper. Readvela digital publishers is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, and decides why and how that data is processed.

You can contact us about any privacy matter at support@wfmhelper.com or through the contact page.

For paid downloads, our reseller Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and is a separate controller of the payment and billing data it collects at checkout.

All calculations on WFM Helper run in your browser. The numbers you type into a calculator are not transmitted to our servers or stored by us, and Excel exports are generated locally on your device.

The Role Fit tool is the exception: a resume and job description you submit are sent to our AI processing provider to produce the analysis, used only to generate your result, and are not retained by us afterwards.

Contact data, your name, email address and message, when you use the contact form, so we can reply to you.

Newsletter data, your email address and the page you subscribed from, so we can email you about new tools, templates and articles.

Order data, the email address and order reference associated with a purchase, so we can deliver the download and answer support questions. Card details are never seen or stored by us.

Usage and device data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and anonymous page view counts, for security, fraud prevention, and understanding which tools are used most.

Documents you upload to the Role Fit tool, processed only to generate your analysis.

Performance of a contract, for delivering a paid download, providing the tools you request and handling related support.

Legitimate interests, for site security, fraud prevention, anonymous analytics and product improvement, balanced against your privacy.

Consent, for the newsletter and for non-essential cookies including advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Legal obligation, for tax, accounting and record keeping duties connected to sales.

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions, remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice, storing your star rating and usage limits, and for anonymous analytics that tell us which tools are used most. Advertising partners may set their own cookies where you have consented.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or change your choice through the cookie notice. Essential functions may behave differently if you block them.

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and reseller, which processes payments, calculates and remits sales tax and VAT, issues invoices, manages refunds and handles buyer support for orders.

Service providers acting as processors on our behalf, including hosting, database, email delivery and AI processing providers.

Advertising and analytics providers such as Google, where you have consented to non-essential cookies. We do not sell personal data and we do not share calculator inputs with advertisers.

Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, and public authorities where we are required by law to disclose information.

Some of our providers operate outside your country or region, so your data may be transferred internationally. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable tax law. Anonymous analytics and page view counts contain no identifying data and are kept in aggregate.

When data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is deleted or anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit over HTTPS, encryption at rest in our managed database, access controls limiting who can reach stored records, row level security rules on our database tables, and secrets kept in server-side configuration rather than in the browser.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Paddle and its payment processors and never reach our systems.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@wfmhelper.com. We will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

This site is intended for workforce management professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
