1. Who you are contracting with
wfmhelper.com is owned and operated by Readvela digital publishers, trading as WFM Helper ("we", "us", "our"). When you use this site or buy a paid download, you are contracting with Readvela digital publishers. You can reach us at support@wfmhelper.com.
2. Acceptance
By using wfmhelper.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. Continued use of the site after an update to these terms means you accept the updated version, and the version published here is always the current one. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and where you use the site on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. What the site provides
WFM Helper provides free workforce management calculators, a glossary, interview preparation material and articles, plus paid downloadable Excel and VBA planning templates. Everything on the site is intended as planning support and general education for contact centre professionals.
4. No professional guarantee and service level
Calculator outputs are estimates produced by standard workforce management models such as Erlang C. They depend entirely on the inputs you provide and on assumptions that may not match your operation. Results are for planning purposes only and should not replace professional workforce management judgment. You remain responsible for any staffing, budget or commercial decision you make.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not probe the site for vulnerabilities, upload malware, or scrape the content in bulk.
- Do not scrape or republish the content as your own product.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading.
- Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of us or of any third party.
6. Intellectual property
The site name, design, written content, calculators and templates are owned by Readvela digital publishers. You may use calculator outputs freely inside your own organisation, including exported spreadsheets. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased templates inside your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the site content or templates.
7. Payment and orders
Prices for paid downloads are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Reseller and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, to a download, or to any part of the service, with or without notice, where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules above. Where access to a paid download is terminated for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the purchase. On termination, any licence granted to you under section 6 ends immediately.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site or a paid download is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.
11. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for hosting, analytics, advertising and payment processing. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by their own terms.
12. Governing law and contact
